All of Magnolia's loans — primarily residential mortgages — are locally processed and underwritten, providing a distinct advantage in convenience and turnaround time.  Magnolia offers both "human" underwriters, as well as a fully automated underwriting system.  We offer traditional low-interest-rate loans, all conventional and government products, such as FHA and VA loans, as well as a wide range of non-conforming products.

In addition to making loans, Magnolia — in keeping with its reputation as a comprehensive mortgage lender — maintains and services a portion of the loans it makes.  Magnolia also sells its mortgages to local pension funds as well as individuals.  Such investors have come to appreciate the advantages that owning a mortgage can offer: a safe investment with an attractive yield and regular monthly income.
